Coach G Academy, Inc uses STEP to engage youth into education mentoring and leadership.
Founded March 2020 in the beginning of a pandemic we knew we were sure we wanted to make a difference in youths lives.
We are changing the conversation about young black girls in Baltimore.
We ground our programming with 5 Pillars:
Physical and Mental Health
Education enrichment
Workforce Development
community service
Life skills
Coach G academy, Inc. solves the problems that disproportionately impacted young girls of color in Baltimore city.
One of our first initiatives is Fatal Attraction Step Squad
Coach G, a Baltimore Native with over 15 years of step experience and 5 plus years of coaching experience. Is the founder and CEO of Coach G Academy, Inc. her work has been featured in award winning documentary STEP, Elle, Vogue, and in Style Magazine.
We are currently running a campaign to pay for our competition expenses our bill 100 percent of the competitions are hosted out of state the average overall expense of a competition is $5000
We have competitions coming up in:
Floria
Virginia
New Jersey
North Carolina
Texas
And
California
The appropriate per person expense is $1,500.
We have sponsorship packages and we are running a campaign.
