Vulkan is as good as surg. He just was unlucky matchup wise and how the games played out. Could have happen reversed as well
Vulcan is actually better the last 1.5 years, but he played really bad in these games.

There was only one bad matchup,the first game royal hogs vs xbow.he actually had the matchup in the second game with barb barrel and giantskelly against xbow.and the third game was an almost mirror matchup. SO STFU.

I think rocket is sometimes used with tournament standards to spell cycle with more damage.
