I've been told there are pretty few players in Purges skill bracket who play frequently and October is one of the most consistent so that might be why he shows up so much
until everyone gets force staff and you get kited to death. He really needs a buff to excel his farm, also being useless in daytime. I love Nightstalker but he really needs more noticeable changes
