It's a good guide, only problem is that there's usually a lot of pvp and usually campers, especially at the police station and hunting store, I'd recommend going to the police station in alomsta town, it's a good place to loot without many people.
Just set your mindset to this: "When you find a loot, it doesnt mean you own it. It just means its your turn to use it." And, try to get intentionally be killed (via zombie horde or players) just ti get the hang of the feeling
