I’m surprised how the vinyl came out with using an iron bro….I own a cricut and a heat press, so I understand how much heat setting affects when using vinyl. How has the vinyl held up on that hat? Do you have any peeling or cracks? Really wanna try and custom one of my hats for sure. Thanks for this video fam 💯
I still wear it til this day with no issues and get a ton of compliments on it! The only thing I have noticed, the letters gotten pretty dirty but that’s an easy fix. I had to play around with the heat seating for a bit and found it’s best to do this in small sections or even letter by letter if you decide to do it the way I did. Maybe a hat press would be the best route but thanks bro! 🙌🏽
I’m no professional when it comes to it lol I’ve seen some crazy techniques. I honestly just gently start to bend each ends in with both hands until I get a nice curve. Then I just repeat anytime I wear it. Sorry if this isn’t any help 😂
