im going to be perfectly honest, i forgot i was even a part of the CaL community.
but when youre too emotionless and skillfull for the main game, yet not skilled enough for community packs, its bound to happen i guess.
regardless, good to see you are still alive. not entirely sure about the community being alive cuz i saw like two packs that are either new or i didnt remember from two years ago, but i hope you are all having fun over there!
It's been a while. The CaL community is still thriving, but I haven't really been active there for a few months. (Besides the fact that most new packs, as always, are pretty bad, that's the reason why most of the packs are the "classics")
I'm also glad that you're doing well, even if you're not in the community anymore :)

I couldn't playtest the main version ;-; (plus Assist mode is objectively more welcoming to new players)

I've made my own worldpack and want you to try it out, but I failed to submit it to CPW and I don't know any other ways to share it with someone. Any ideas or advice?
You can upload and share it via a file-sharing website such as file.io. Also all Pack World submissions will (eventually) be uploaded, but if it's taking too long, you're free to join the LQS and/or CPW Discord servers and upload it there!

Hello I decided to download the games again and I even began making a pack but I have this problem which idk if it's cause it's the android version or something else but if I make new pack and in that pack I create a room then save and try to edit it, the room doesn't show up or any new "worlds" it's just the first world created. But the rooms do show up in the info about the pack and if I set the exit's path the rooms show up there too. Any idea why that could happen?
(Also I'm kind of trying to join Lqs discord again but none of the links work for me, is it possible to send a working one? 😅)

Press "Load" and then choose the world and room you'd like to edit. If that doesn't work then that's probably a bug and you should report it. You can join the LQS Discord server using this link: discord.lastquarterstudios.com/

@@SuperPhantomUser Hmm the discord link doesn't work...am I banned or something? Or is there just a limit to how many people can be on the server?
Edit: ok it's probably the number of people. I mean 8000+ is a lot even for more popular discord servers. I read somewhere that there could be a limit on the invite link itself so maybe that's the problem. I really doubt that I'd be banned because last time I was on, I was barely even active

i know its not related to this video but it been bothering me
in your theory video you said "the reset takes place in afterlife"
and no it doesnt read what dev said again dev says "The reset takes place between the game world's (as in the world game takes place in) version of afterlife and the world the main game takes place in it, you skiping very important think in it lemme get it capitalised for you

its neither afterlife nor the real world, this is important. it might be mean many things.
1) that phrase is used for people in coma, so lumi being a real person and being in coma and they trying to reach out to her a possiblity
2) that means reset is happening lumi is stuck between being alive and not, she is respawning but world needs to reset to respawn to complate again.
ignoring those 2 possbilities cause i just putted them as a exemple of what can be or not. i my opinion that "between" is shouldnt be skiped nor ignored yet again in my opinion it mighr lead to something important but other then that your theory most interestening one i seen. i think with that being inbetween of real world and afterlife added it might be the perfect theory(in my opinion)
in addition i am not really sure but i am not quite convicied. but i dont think purple is a "good" person cause in end of companion pack it says
"the square ready for its purpose" "to make the cat cry" "to make the cat feel" "why?" "cause purple one told it" "cause it would help the cat" "right?"
i think till the point of "why" its narator talking with telling about whats going on but (in my opinion again) after the why part. i think it is telling what companion thought about
and "why" might actually belong to lumi or maybe it is still companion questioning and narator saying what companion thought about after saying "why"
as i said i am not really sure with this one but still i felt like it worth mentioning.

I agree with you that this is an important piece in the lore. You're not the first one to mention this distinction, but I did make the lore/theory videos without reading it carefully enough. I feel like the metaphor theory still is in line with this (if not even more, because of the dreams).
Additionally, the Purple one might not be going about helping Lumi in the best ways, but that doesn't mean their intentions are bad. They're still telling the Companion to do this in order to help Lumi
