I bought some pull-on overreach boots for my mare, for the field. She's outside 24/7 so I was recommended the pull-on more than the velcro ones. I got her X-large ones, but when they are on her hoof, I can not fit a finger between her pastern and the boot unless I pull a bit on the rubber. They don't move up and down without a little bit of strength. Are they too small?
