Kavitha very tasty looking chutney. I have mint (puthina) growing in my backyard,so I often prepare chutney. This morning I prepared puthina with perandai chutney. All ingredients were similar only I didn’t add cumin seeds n groundnut. Both are aromatic ingredients, definitely the taste will be delicious. Thanks Kavitha, we can use that chutney for sliced cucumber, pineapple n tomato salad dressing .Instead of tamarind, I add a little lemon juice for salads.🌹🌹🌹
