Leftovers to Cards from the Imagine Kit

- Here's the final bits and bobs of leftovers from the Club Graphic 45 Imagine kit. I've used it all! I ended up with 11 cards from what was leftover and I have to say it got interesting try to figure out what I was going to do. There's no processes shown here only the cards to give you some food for thought. You only need scissors, glue and a few things from you stash to create cards like this. It's not rocket science but it's sure a nice addition to your card stash.
Turn your leftovers into cards and have fun in the process.

Oh Patti! These cards are just stunning! Your talent is endless and so inspiring. Thank you 😊
You know between family and friends my card stash is almost gone, I'm gonna be making a lot of them in the New Year!
Dear Patti, you are definitely the Scrap-Card-Queen 👑 I'm always amazed how gorgeous they are. OMG 💕 this series is so stunning. Tfs your talent. Big hugs, Manuela
Thank you Manuela. It’s so much nicer to use the scraps up than store them away.
All the cards are beautiful! The are really tastful. Love how the colors are matching and how elegant each one turned out. Thanks for sharing your ideas with us!
Thanks so much, I always appreciate your comments so much. Patti
You are giving me lots of inspirations with my leftover paper that i don’t have the heart to get rid of ,and also use my collection of stuff over the years that stay dormant in my drawers! Thank You 🙏
Oh super my mission is a success. Don’t be afraid to purge out the little bits as well. Always a hard task for me but so worthwhile. Thanks for watching. Patti
Love these cards from the scraps. Lovely
Oh thank you Dawn, I just love getting rid of those scraps instead of storing them away somewhere. Thanks for watching.
they are all gorgeous Patti, great way to use up the bits left over.
Thank you Miss Paula
FABULOUS!!! Inspired! TFS. 👍🏽🇨🇦 Lisa
That’s what I love to hear Lisa!
great ideas!
Thank you
So pretty. Thanks for Sharing...Dar
Thanks for stopping by and watching my videos Dar, it’s much appreciated. Patti
Each and every lone of these cards looks so well planned...hard to believe they're leftovers. I'm convinced there's no such thing as an unusable piece of G45 paper! Everything can be used somewhere and it all works!! Yes, that lace is gorgeous and you have used it perfectly. Personally, I'd be adding dimensional flowers all over these cards...just my style. Suffice it to say, padded envelopes and the post office do go together at a cost of $3.50 each. There's something to be said for designing cards that will mail in a regular envelope! Beautiful work! Nice use of seam binding ribbons!
Personally I’d love to add more flowers and bling but it’s exactly what you said. Sticker shock with you go to USPS to mail. Wow, it’s not so fun anymore. But it’s a real challenge not to add the texture with bling and flowers. Thanks Martie for watching. Patti.
Lovely ideas here! I like the way you think!
Thanks Teena, I really like using everything up so I have nothing to store away. Wish I had done this eons ago! Patti
You are such an inspiration ..... love it and will do some with your good ideas TFS
Thank you Diann. Glad you’ve got some food for thought while watching.
This is Amazing! The last card! It's Great! The Butterflies with the green going up the card are Beautiful and the Lace card is Stunning! Also Bubble wrap! What a great idea especially since foam tape is so expensive. Thank you for doing this series. It helps so much!
Also I completely cleared a bag of scraps into cards! It was a bit of a struggle at first but then it went really good. I threw away some little pieces I thought were unusable but your last card taught me different. I'll definitely try that with my next bag 😅. Thanks for the all the Inspiration!
YEAH! Isn’t it great, you have one less bag of scraps sitting around gathering dust and a bunch of cards ready to use. Next time you do a project challenge yourself to finish up the rest of the scraps into cards BEFORE you clean up your crafty space. And allow yourself to toss what’s left. That’s ok. Patti
I will! 😃
Oh my goodness! Just finished your tutorials teaching us how to make a flip book with G45 Imagine collection! Very awesome! I've made a few from the Heidi Swapp tutorials ...just never thought of scoring the bottom middle piece so it would fold flat! Luv that idea! Mine won't! But my next ones will!!! I just use cereal boxes for the outside and make them no bigger than 7" across ...because I just have the 6 hole mini cinch. Luv all your beautiful card ideas from all those scraps of papers! Wow! Luv them! I thought we were supposed to hoard scrap pieces for posterity ...lol! Or whatever! Not anymore for me! ...And I'd of never seen any of this if you hadn't of answered those 10 crafty questions the other day! Thanks so much for sharing your luv of crafting! Hugs, Suzy Q
Oh Susan I loved your comment! and I'm so glad that what I share has new things that you can take away and use in your own crafty space. When you use cereal boxes do they seem to have enough strength? If not you may want to glue two together using a brush and some strong liquid glue so you have a great base that's a little thicker and sturdier to work with. Just a thought. Yes my dear no more hoarding those scraps! I'll tell you it's fantastic when you can look back and realize you didn't have to store any bits and pieces away because you used them all. I'm going to try going forward (because I keep it all now) to only keep sizes above a 4"x6" and toss the rest. Notice I said try, we will see how I do.

I usually use really good heavy boxes and cover with thicker papers. And I always cut and glue another piece of cereal box inside the bottom of the flip book for stability ...and that gives it a good base to stand on and cover it with my decorative paper. That's why I never thought of scoring inside the base ...thought it would take away the sturdiness of the flip album! Sure didn't want it to topple over! And I've found that cake boxes are even sturdier, thicker than some cereal boxes! I luv making these. But I also don't mount my pages on a cardstock base ...never thought of that either! I just cut my double sided paper the size I want and go with it! Decorate and done! I guess ...I'm lazy! Lol. Hugs, Suzy Q
Susan Steele No you aren’t lazy, just a different style.
@@ASoulsHeartbeat Awww!!! Thank you! ...My problem is that I do fiddle with my papers ...way too much! Lol! Hugs, Suzy Q
I just LOVE these! I've wanted to try my hand at making some cards. But haven't had great success. They were just "OK". But these are beautiful. I love your style...& the kit is gorgeous too! Great inspiration!! tfs
Thanks so much! You just have to keep playing and they will evolve more and more. Have fun. Patti
I enjoy all of your videos and your card videos are among my favorites. These are all such beautiful cards! I am hoping my cards will look as good as yours someday - I will keep practicing:) Tfs.
Oh Marilyn we are so hard on ourselves. I’m sure your cards are beautiful and those you gift them to thrilled to receive them. Thanks for watching. Patti
