Everyone is talking about Gorge dancing with Ginny or Petunia still loving her sister but the saddest one for me was Percy going to Fred’s grave and telling him jokes and Harry going Collins grave and giving signed photos, especially when you consider how those relationships were first presented in the book. Percy and Fred had not so great relationship with Fred (and Gorge) playing pranks and making jokes that annoyed Percy and they did it on purpose too, and now Percy tells jokes at Fred’s grave and the two never got to fully repair their relationship before he died. With Colin and Harry Colin was always asking for pictures and autographs and now that he’s dead he’ll never be able to ask for another one

Top spot goes to George dancing with Ginny and him dancing twice, once for him and once for Fred. As far as Dobby, it all wrecked me. From him becoming a free elf thanks to Harry, to me bawling my eyes out at 3am alone in my room with discarded tissues all around me and a new box of Kleenex in my lap. Then immediately googling CGI and how they made Dobby’s “character” and focusing on all the technical details that went into it. I was trying to make myself remember/realize that Dobby was only computer generated and hadn’t actually died so I could hopefully attain some small amount of just trying to be okay. Spoiler alert: not even that helped. His death still lives rent free in my head every single day. 😢😭 Lastly; George giving his son the wand and him using Fred’s. With the not being able to evoke his patronus afterwards being an honorable mention.
The writer tweets what the writer tweets, its bad, we all know that. But the story she wrote really was a beautiful one, able to effect me, even if its only just a little, to this day. "You didn't just lose a mother Harry, I lost a sister." Such a powerful line. I'm just glad this story exists.

Yeah, George wanted someone to tell you they've made a celebration day where all the kids set off your fireworks in the Great Hall. Fred’s death had more of an impact than the films lead you to believe. I’ve not read the books sadly so I’ve not idea if they do a better job of it. All I know is in the film George look to his side when Harry is revealed to still be alive, expecting to share a smile with his twin but forgetting he wasn’t there
They do, especially because we spend much more time with the twins in all the books, so his death hurts much more. It's also written from Harry's point of view, so we can read his thoughts and how terrible it is for him.
One of the reasons I love Harry Potter is because of the deep and emotional story line. From funny, iconic, and sweet moments, to sad, scary, and upsetting ones, HP is filled with everything you would ever need in a story :D

As far as Dobby, it all wrecked me. From him becoming a free elf thanks to Harry, to me bawling my eyes out at 3am alone in my room with discarded tissues all around me and a new box of Kleenex in my lap. Then immediately googling CGI and how they made Dobby’s “character” and focusing on all the technical details that went into it. I was trying to make myself remember/realize that Dobby was only computer generated and hadn’t actually died so I could hopefully attain some small amount of just trying to be okay. Spoiler alert: not even that helped. His death still lives rent free in my head every single day. 😢😭
Lastly; George giving his son the wand and him using Fred’s. With the not being able to evoke his patronus afterwards being an honorable mention.
The writer tweets what the writer tweets, its bad, we all know that. But the story she wrote really was a beautiful one, able to effect me, even if its only just a little, to this day.
"You didn't just lose a mother Harry, I lost a sister." Such a powerful line. I'm just glad this story exists.

If you think why wasn't George able to cast a Patronus, it's because the Patronus of the twins were Magpies. And a magpie alone means sorrow. But a couple magpie means happiness. Fred and George together were happiness. But sorrow when not together, that's why he wasn't casting a Patronus or we can say wasn't able to cast Patronus

I knew about Colin's death, and it makes me very sad. Colin was like a child in so many ways so that made his death even sadder. Same thing with Dennis. They were childlike and that was very nice. So it hurts that they died.
Lucius was a death Eater and he was able to produce a peacock Patronus. It's in the books.

It was always creepy to me that he married someone that was not only basically his stalker as a kid, but who also looked so much like his mom. I mean if it was just the red hair that would be one thing, but the characters remark on Lily's and Ginny's resemblance almost as much as Harry and James.

Canon is smth that's true in a series....like Molly gave Harry her brother's watch on his 17th birthday. Headcanon is Canon except it's made up by the Fandom. It's not true to the actual series. For example George could not produce a patronus after Fred was gone.

Fred’s death had more of an impact than the films lead you to believe. I’ve not read the books sadly so I’ve not idea if they do a better job of it. All I know is in the film George look to his side when Harry is revealed to still be alive, expecting to share a smile with his twin but forgetting he wasn’t there
They do, especially because we spend much more time with the twins in all the books, so his death hurts much more. It's also written from Harry's point of view, so we can read his thoughts and how terrible it is for him.
