It was d Rajbaug;- Raj kapur's farm and dbungalow was d palace of a Nawab,frm whom Raj Kapirji bought it and then this Fajbaug was sold by d Kapurfamily to MIT College which founded d MIT Peace University studing all religions.MIT's Vishwanath Karad ji added many constructions,statues to make it unique . Earlier this place belonged to Raj Kapur and a Nawab before him.
