Are you supposed to put that "black" on the plunger/o-ring? I thought the clear grease with teflon goes to plunger ends where it meets the o-rings and the "black"(high-pressure grease) grease goes to the cam bearing slot of the plunger. Because, that black grease is actually for metal/metal interface. I did not see you putting any grease on the cam slot of the plunger. Please let me know if not correct.
I have a leaking pump after replacing the valve kit and plunger & seals (about 1/2 ounce per minute, seems to be on one side). All felt snug and sealed when I did the rebuild as prescribed. Does anyone have any suggestions?
great video, followed all the steps exactly, however when I tired my machine the motor power ups and the water gets through but no pressure.....any ideas

hey my pump head is leaking from the center after cleaning it with baking soda. could it be clog ?
