In case you are not familiar with it yet. This song is about a psychological concept called "shadow work". It is about our own ideals (from ourselves or society) making us deny the "dark side" in us. Only by admitting even the most gruesomst thoughts and feelings in us we can overcome them. The extremer we deny something the more controll it gains. Basicly the concept of how you need to find out the out the name of the demon (shadow) possesing you, to get controll over him and ultimately get him out of you. The fact that the catolic church still hasnt realized that this is not ment to be a LITERAL personification of a monster is beyond me.
