I guess jo polish hai usko use kar k hum dull and faded part ko theek kar sakte hai but rubbing compound se hum scratches ko bhi remove kar dete hai.
Brother polish or rubbing compound almost same cheez hote Keval itna difference h ki polish rubbing compound se bhi zyada fine abrasive Hoti h or shine Ko enhance karne k liye use krte h . Usually rubbing compound se Mili shine Ko or Zyada enhance karne k liye polish ka use krna hota h.. h but market me lagbhag sb polishes Keval cheat Karti h .. or actual me Keval ek layer bna deti h jo wash krne par saf ho jati h

Scratches will appear again once you wash car with shampoo
Not at all. it's not a cheap polish which fills up the crackes making them disappeared untill washed . The scratches have been removed permanently in the video and will only come back after the regular use of door handles and regular wear
