It's NOT that hot tub streams should be banned, it should be that small uploaders, UA-camrs, streamers, and content creators should not get shut down and copyright struck and banned. Its free advertizing for any music played, for example. Also: platforms like UA-cam and Twitch don't have to worry all the time if they create an "adult tab" or page for all the "controversial" content. Seriously, that way advertisers don't have to freak out about anything. There needs to be a massive shift in legal thinking concerning all of this.
