  • It was a jam packed hour at Victoria’s Bard and Banker! The fellas spoke with Rick Campbell on the vibe around Touchdown Pacific, keys to turning it around against Ottawa and what makes playing on the island so special.

I love how Coach Campbell is always so even-tempered, win-or-lose, that's such an important foundation within the emotions of the game. Great win in Victoria, let's go Lions to 12-6!

Maybe that's really what we need, to rally round the fans, and the team they love 🏈🏈🏈 The Moge is right... a culture of team comradery, a chance create a new tradition of jellying together as a team, with our fans on the Island again 🏈🏈🏈

Yes, please do it again every year. However . . . get more seats (Centennial rather than Royal Athletic Park?) so that more locals can attend. It was hard for Victoria fans to get tickets after the season ticket holders in Vancouver snapped them all up before the general public had a chance. Energising the Island fanbase with a game every year will pay off in increased TSN ratings for every Lions game and for increased merchandise sales on the Island.
