I think that Chan is a great leader for a lot of reasons and one of them is not giving himself most parts of the songs (since he writes them), but he writes every part with a particular member in mind, and gives everyone an equal amount of parts in the songs. If someone is not in a song that much (because maybe his way of singing is different from the song type), then he will give that someone more parts in another song. Such a great and humble person. I do think that he underestimates himself (as a musician/artist and as a person) a lot, tho. He needs more self esteem
