Yes they do have to log in. If your client doesn’t feel comfortable giving their password they can use Last Pass.

The video was only about creating the social media manager portfolio. Implementation is a whole other video. I'm assuming you mean how to get clients using the portfolio?

You can post in Facebook groups or ask other people you’ve worked with to write you a testimonial.
Let’s say you know to use a camera , is it okay just to offer making content alone as a social media package
Yes of course. You can offer that to your local brick and mortars or even e-commerce.
