It really looks like a well made fighting tool with good proportions. Always a better look than too many shiny details.

Instead of drilling and grinding with a dremel on the hand guards try making a punch attachment to go in your hydraulic press. Then beings you hot fit it anyways just hot punch a hole with the press and then hot fit it to the blade 👍 drilling and grinding sucks and it takes forever. Beautiful blade as always, I was wondering if we were gonna see the conclusion!

I love that cold blueing stuff, I don’t have the same brand as you had there but it works great, as long as the metal is meticulously clean, any kind of oil on it and you’re gonna have a bad day.
