Love these indepth videos. I will say being in to reloading for a few years makes videos like these awesome but would be very overwhelming to someone new to reloading.

Thanks again for your expertise. Interested to know - What criteria do you use to grade brass from poor to good, Does powder degrade over time if kept in a closed container & do you have a list of your videos in chronological order? Thanks

Hello Florian, I will try to answer your questions. (1) I consider brass "premium" if it is highly consistent in case weight, case neck thickness, and with excellent primer pocket uniformity. Lower grade brass is less consistent and I have even seen where the flash hole is not placed in the center of the primer pocket. (2) yes, powder will degrade over time. You can minimize this by keeping the powder in it original container and under climate controlled conditions (i.e., in your home instead of in the shed). (3) We have a playlist for all our extreme reloading videos. Some of the oldest one are not the best of video/audio quality but for what its worth here is that playlist link ua-cam.com/play/PL_KBTsQIm0U7y0L63duutM4vmKIXyu53k.html
Thanks a bunch for watching and posting.

I hate spherical powders. I’ve only used Superformance but it flies everywhere out of my Hornady auto charge compared to stick powders.

I heard others complain about the Hornady auto charge doing that same thing. I do not have any problems with spherical powders spilling or bouncing out of the pan when using my RCBS MatchMaster. Thanks for bringing up this good point.
I should also have made it clear in the video, as far as performance is concerned, the cylindrical powders seem better.
Thanks for watching and posting Jason.
