@@martha8769 Hi there! In the PDF instructions file included with this design, it says the full design should open at 10.39”W x 9.32”H. If your software changes the size when importing you’ll need to resize it to these dimensions. Hope that helps!

@@catlady709 after downloading the SVG files to your computer, you can open up design space. Click the Canvas tab at the top, then click the Upload icon on the bottom left of the canvas screen. Then click the green “upload image” button and navigate to where you have the SVG file saved on your computer. I hope that helps! What size are you suppose to start with? Didn't see anything about resizing and mine are too big for gift card.
