I recommend to buy 5 and 10 pesos gold coins from the 1940s as you can get them with low premiums. I understand that it is nice to have antique coins but the cost to much and it is harder to get a fair return if and emergency arises whereas the previously mentioned gold coins can be sold near spot and without sentimental value attached. As the old saying goes he who makes more money spends more money and there isn't much difference with a 10 dollar bottle of wine and a 20, same alcohol different taste.
3:26 I don’t think it’s worth grading, it has fine thin scratches on both obverse and reverse (like a Brillo pad was used to dust them off). They will grade “cleaned”.
Nice job 😊😊😊
@@billcarson8246 thanks

@@ivanbasso3027 I agree with you, but I'm kind of collecting now! But I agree get gold as close to spot as possible.

@jeanious2009 yeah I'm going to have a friend look at it. I agree its probably not worth grading.
I mean, you are NOT afraid to buy!!

Sorry about those fakes, but you are still winning with your other PMs.
@@silversleuth007 it's almost a side hustle these days.
Sorry man. Who would have thunk it. Good luck on the return. Get a statement from that LCS!
@losinglouie this returns going to be easy!. Thanks for stopping by!
Wow! Sorry for the hassle! If you sell any of the "fake" 1Pesos, it would be cool to have a fake for reference.
@@THECRANKYONE I had to return them for a refund
Are those 1 Pesos exactly 1/50th of a Centenario?
@@michaelangelobergeron5980 I couldn't tell you for sure. I just found out they were fake and stopped researching them
That gold looks very fake
@deeeeeeps the more I look at it the more I agree with you! But I took it to two coin shops and they both thought it was good.. until he gunned it!
