Hello and welcome to the first episode of CP Gal and Friends on CP Gal's World, Exploring the issues of disability and faith-based matters and how disabled people can more easily access religion. As a Christian woman born with cerebral palsy, I'm a Certified Disability Self Advocate. My vision is to make the church more inclusive to those with disabilities. My goal is to educate others on how to welcome them and make church a more enjoyable experience rather than making them feel judged for their disability or the life choices they are forced to make because of it. Thanks, Amanda, for interviewing Emily. I have lived with CP for 70 yrs. I've come to terms with this disability. Having CP is not the worst thing ever. A life without having a relationship with Jesus is THE worst! Thank you for sharing your faith and experience of living with CP. Bless you! 🧡
