@@POCAHONTASBOI People complain because Chopper could have been more serious in that form, but Oda instead chose to reply on comedy which kills all the horror and suspense of the transformation. It's just as bad as having Luffy still be an idiot after 1000+ chapters, I get that's his personality, but does he really have to be that one-dimensional? He doesn't learn anything or try to apply himself. Nope just friends, meat, fighting , laughing, silliness and nothing else. Get the fuck out here with that crap. Hell, even Bakugou who was the standard psycho bully trope evolved a bit and humbled himself.

it's sad that Oda completely forgot the rumble ball. it's a type of medicine that temporarily boosts devil fruit eaters' powers. He should have created a side arc for this instead of cascading rapidly from cake island to wano. or at least he should have created smaller arcs surrounding wano first just like how he did it with the alabasta arc and ennies lobby
you must not of watched the anime then, he didn't forget the rumble ball what so ever.
He just trained his devil fruit to be able to do some things without the rumble ball. Caesar made it last 30 minutes, at the cost of being old for a time, confirming more than ever that it is making his powers Awaken. Eventually of course he won't need to use it at all, if his powers are already awakened at a base level.

Monster Point Chopper was the strongest during Enies Lobby
Monster Point is the clue how Chopper Hito Hito no Mi will be Mythical Zoan Type. all Zoan Devil Fruit is have a Model (even human, insect, dynosaur, bull, cat, bird, turtle and dog), and curently only Chopper that did't have a model. imagine there is Hito hito no Mi model Monster (Chopper), and all his transformation basically look like monster. Zoan Mytical like Phoinix (Marco), Dragon(Kaido), Budha(Sengoku), God Nika(Luffy), Yokai Onyudo(Onimaru), Kyoubi (Devon), Okuchi no Makami (Yamato).
My theory is that monster point is to represent the apex of a human body (thats why he is literally nearly as tall as Whitebeard), but him not being able to control it is due to rumble ball abuse or the nature of a forced awakening.

@@swagtachiuchiha1501 Currently there are 4 Hito Hito no Mi, including Sengoku's Buddha model, Luffy's Nika God Model, Onimaru's Onyudo (a type of Yokai) model, and the one that doesn't yet have Model that Chopper's. all devil fruits have Models, even the insect devil fruit belonging to Leo's friend from the tontata race. There are only 2 Zoan devil fruits that I know of that don't have a model, it was Pekom's Kame Kame no Mi and Chopper's Hito Hito no Mi. What if one day Dr Vegapunk researches it and reveals it, we all know that Oda Sensei is a genius at playing story illusions. so maybe Chopper DF is Hidden Secret that Oda Sensei yet to reveal, like Gomu Gomu no Mi turn out to be Hito Hito no Mi Model Nika.
