Do you use a jacket block? Otherwise jow do you incorporate enough ease to wear it over clothes?

U may add some ease yourself. 1.5 to 2 inch will do

Thank you so much ma for this viseo please ma how many did you use to open the neck is it 3by 3(I mean the wide and length)when cutting the collar did you use flare or you just used your the pattern and added allowance

No I did not. You may add half or quarter of an inch ease allowance all round to your pattern before cutting .
