      Wanna remember the worst part? He spent months in prison as a child (stepsister was 16) abuser. This type of accusation can get you "special treatment" from the inmates, though I'm not sure it happened to him. AND, despite the charges dropped, the record of s*x/child abuse will remain to every employer read and judge him for it. Going to Japan was a wise move, actually.

      @@N..P.. No it is not. if you can't for fact verify these serious allegations, because you can ruin innocent people's lives by giving them permenant records like this one, especially when these false allegations are turning more and more over the years to be way as loophole for psychos and sociopaths to destroy innocent peoples lives and get no consquences for their horrid behaviour just like the step daughter here

      @@lindah3803 the punishment isn't the problem it's the severity. 25 years with no parole or early release is the exact same as someone who commits first degree murder. Yes, a false accusation is horrible, but treating them the same as a murderer is going way too far.

      @Jafar545 7 місяців тому +39

      @@lindah3803 They should be. The severity is the problem here. In cases such as this one, where it is word against word, it may very well lead to an unjust conviction with the only way of preventing it being the accuser changing their mind. I played the game "Among Us" for about a year, and I realized how easy it can be for a person to be falsely accused, and how important it is to look beyond that initial claim.
    The other thing I will say is that the families don't seem to understand, this action is not like closing a door that can be easily opened back up. It is more like burning the house down and then expecting it to some how be magically rebuilt just by saying "I'm sorry". It doesn't work that way. Betrayal does serious (possibly catastrophic) damage that takes years (or decades, or entire lifetimes, possibly more than one) to heal.
    Make a sincere apology, do your best to atone for your mistake (knowing that you probably can't) and then GTF out of the way so the person can heal.

I agree the father sugar coated the story so he could look more sympathetic. What gets to me is that the step daughter got away with murder and the supposed to be inheritance that she might be removed doesn't mean anything. She can get back into the inheritance if the parents are weak enough and she tires them with the enough lies and tears. Also the court system today is just as trash as UA-cam and Google so you only need a judge that uses the orders in the inheritance as toilet paper to clean his behind and give everything to the step daughter.
    Honestly OP should try to stay in Japan if his new family has it good over there. Maybe get a good job or open a business. Heck maybe both ... Anyway good to listen to his side and hope that his new post gets a UA-cam video.

      My mother recently had to manage her team through a neighboring team members s*icide (worked in the same building but worked for a different agency [civilian contract vs defense force worker]), and one of her employees fully shut down during the day. She knew that this person, who wanted to go home, couldn't be left alone due to emotional reasons, so she called the workers' mother to take them home. This way, that person was monitored.

    tbh, the parents were put in a horrible situation - it's an impossible choice to make who to believe. commenters support the son because they have the knowledge it was a false accusation. but how could the parents know at the time, really? if they didn't believe the daughter and she was really being hurt, then they'd also be monsters for letting the abuser get away with it and making her provide proof would re-traumatize her. damned if you do, damned if you don't. i have no idea how would i handle one of my children accusing the other of sa.
    the only real monster was the stepsister who ruined her brother's life and destroyed every single relationship he had. how tf did it even make sense to accuse him? how did that accusation relate to her being intimate with her boyfriend? it wouldn't change anything if she was caught with her bf anyways...

      I get your point, and I think we need a few more details, ie. did they ask stepdaughter any question like how long this has been going on or when the last 'attack' happened. Were there any witnesses. Things that they could use to verify the truth. If they did this and she gave plausible answers then their actions can be understood but if they did not then they have no one to blame but themselves.

Anyone who's accused are not automatically thrown into jail, there's always an investigation and then court hearing but sometimes innocent men falls prey to the incompetent prosecutors/detectives who want quick promotion. Also, this whole story is soooo fake.
