May I ask, why did you not include Mary I and Mary II? Both of them were also queens.
Probably because their husbands were Kings of England, meaning their contemporary national anthems would have been “God Save the King”.
Because God save the Queen wasn't composed then
@@wks2291 Both queen Anne and queen Elizabeth I were monarchs before anthem was even composed, yet they appeared. Your arguement doesn't work, I'm afraid. "God save the king" and "God save the queen" came along at the same time, which was around the middle of the 18th century - quite a while after the both of them had ruled.
