- Hello welcome to Jason the Old Millennial. In this 5 minute review I’m reviewing the first season of The Acolyte on Disney Plus. This show follows Master Jedi Sol as he investigates the murder of a fellow Jedi. It leads him to a former apprentice and a past he’s tried to forget.

Yeah I’ve heard all bad stuff. I know to avoid it like the plague.
I personally liked the Acolyte but like you, I was expecting more. The lightsaber fights were the highlight for me, the finale of the season ruined the show a little for me though. I really hope there’s a season 2 to resolve some of that mess.
@@whatthejim If there is a season 2 they have a lot of work to do.
Even with Perez being the biggest Star Wars fan that I know and he had issues with this show, I personally don’t have any interest in it. It is a shame because is sure focused mainly on Jedi you would think would be great!
