A big difference in the class of the boxers. The boxer in gray moved at a calm pace, constantly changing attacks and controlling the distance.

When I spar...I always go 70 percent with members from my gym...the shot at 4:16 super hard to the head would of sent me to 100 percent and unleashed all of my inner demons.
