Yeah you can go through Udemy courses which I did.. specially on docker, kubernetes Mumshad courses, Kafka elastic search I just went with the top rated course.
Also in their office site documentation you can learn a lot. Specially elastic search they documented very nicely.
Just pick one topic as a starting point and just browse google, look into documentations
