So you're saying that you can link basically anything on eBay whether its an individual listing, a search, or a store. If that's the case then would you be able to just link the main ebay page and get affiliate credit for anything bought?

Great points. I make nothing on Amazon after a world of trying. They don't even let you use the API unless you do so many sales. THEN when you make those required sales...they say: "You don't have enough VOLUME of sales" to do more than 10 product retrievals at a time. Sigh. These big wigs remember when they had no content, no followers and their sites looked janky.

Hello Lindey, just a quick question. If I change my ebay store name will I lose my Top Rated Seller status? I've been off of ebay for a while. I'm trying to re-invent myself. I hate selling clothes. I have the attention span of a 2 yr old(I'm 64). By the time I steam, measure, research, take photos, list and store, I'm over it. Clothes are bulky and take up a lot of space. Nice video. Is there a difference in the provision of the direct link to a product and the link on the ebay website with the products as a search result? The problem with directly linking a product is that after some time the products will sell out and the person who clicked that link will no longer be able to buy that product with the link. This totally depends on you and where you want to use the links. I advise you to first come with a plan on where you want to use the links. Like do you have a blog? Do you have a UA-cam Channel? If you just want to post the links on Social media, simply the link, short link, would be enough.
Could you not just make a random youtube account with amazon/ebay affiliate and post the links to the product on videos about that product on youtube to get people to click it.

Yes any affiliated link should be noted for FTC regulations. Even a simple #ad is sufficient
