Norman did not die (The Projectionist) because of something. When an enemy dies, it explodes (Even The Butcher gang), but, the only enemy in the WHOLE game who doesn't EXPLODES...It is Norman, The Projectionist, just falling to the ground and laying there, giving to the point, he's either, knocked out or faking his death, just for his own safety. *NOTE, THIS WAS WRITEN BEFORE CHAPTER 4! (i have writen it in the answers, tho)*
I think the enemies that explode are the ones that are just ink and were never human and the ones that like fall over and die more similar to a human are the ones that are reincarnated workers
Can I speak english? Of course I can, is this not english? I mean, I am in america. So I may not be gramatically correct every time, but that shouldn't mean I am not speaking english to the best of my ability and knowledge base.
I like the theory that maybe Norman learned too much so he was axed off by someone, but I don't think that's the case. I think the entire studio was in on whatever plans Joey had. How could he, or anyone else, slowly kill off everyone without anyone noticing? Maybe Norman just plain old passed away, wishing to be reanimated, but never having a say in how exactly.
It's been years. I'm pretty sure Norman died by being a bit too curious. He said he heard something below the projector booth and apparently later on went down to investigate. Based on the book, Norman was one of the first to die. He was also semi aware of Joey's plan for the studio. And later buddy said they heard the projectionists screech.
It makes sense he'd be an earlier victim. He's thrown together with inanimate objects like The Butcher Gang are. He just turned out better than they did.
Almost all of the enemies that you have to fight scare me but Norman especially, I’ve always been scared by the enemies that are trying to follow you through dark and eerie halls, they’re just so, mysterious.
Me: I agree- (reads the scary part) HOW DARE YOU?!?!?! (I'm sorry) honestly I'm actually glad I'm not the only Norman fan out there :) (also did i mention i have a crazy obsession with old fashioned projectors?)
He’s my favorite too! (However Ink Bendy and Alice “ Angel “ scared me more tbh) but I really like his design, I mean- its not often you see an inky humanoid with a projector head.
I feel like the foreshadowing in chapter three on one of Norman's audio logs (specifically the line "They don't even know when I'm watchin'. Even when I'm right behind 'em" ) Was PERFECT for the cut-scene in chapter four.
I'm guessing it'll be out fairly soon as they are in 'crunch' mode now which means the end of the dev cycle is in sight. Probably sometime in April is my best guess at this time.
I sometimes think that Norman could project his memories through his head. But that would mean that he could show the information he possesses to everyone in the studio, but he doesn't cuz he's lost his mind, like, well, everyone.
A theory I saw in a fabric was that Joey was trying to change him like with Sammy, and Norman escaped, but ended up falling on a cart with projectors and stuff. So when he came back to life, it was part of him
I managed to defeat the Projectionist with either the pipe or axe, but he took me down with him when he managed to kill him and I defeated me at the same time.
I think a lot of people might be overthinking the individual characters too much. All the assorted characters only seem to have been assembled at the studio simply because they were former employees. Norman Polk is only unique in that his job was unique. What I would probably wager warrants discussion instead is why Norman became the Projector of all things. And the short answer, I would venture, is that the ritual has been far less reliable in its outcomes than Joey Drew intended. The effectiveness of the ritual may largely be influenced by the actual emotional investment into the Bendy project. The big problem: Everyone either had little to no emotional investment as it was just a way to pay the bills, or had their own personal delusions that ran contradictory to Joey Drew's. The former became ink monsters and Lost Ones, while the latter became named monsters pursuing their own agendas. Norman Polk, though appearing to be one of the latter, is actually one of the former. He had a title that made him recognized by the rest of the crew, but it was still just a job to him, ergo he had no identity for the Ink Machine to build off of beyond being "The Projectionist."
*PLEASE READ MIKE!* you know your theory about Henry being another Bendy? Well since the Bendy we see is covered in ink there’s an inky aura that follows him. At the end of chapter one since *you’re* covered in ink, and inky aura follows *you* Example: 3:02
And what really helped prove all this is in the last chapter when you get the special decoder thing one of the caskets has Norman written on it, along with Susie and a few others
I would guess that norman is a lost one who got a remake from Alice. We see that alice was capable of turning ink creatures into monsters just like with Boris. That could also explain why the wall in the room full of lost ones reads: "no angels".
Lemme tell you guys the truth so the proj was breaking the rules by tryna open the closet and bendy didn't wanna break the rules either so he just left Henry alone for now
Something gives me the feeling that Norman will return in bendy and the dark survival. He seems unable to truly die. Maybe he's knocked out, or somehow rereanimated(mouthful) but he likely won't die.
Imagine him filming everything, at least he can have fun re watching all his battles, if he does have time off, he does not cause he always watches, well at least when we kill him HENRY can take it and watch them!!
It just came to my mind that in chapter one when bendy jumpscare you (joey drew) he basically is trying to warn you to go back and when he saw you fall through the floor he decided to help you and carry you back up but you keep running away from him and even in his warnings that some of the crew (like Norman) turned bad you decided to continue heading down...
SHB, Great video, man! Keep up the great work! Could you do me a favor: The favor is that when my Bendy theory(with your name in it) comes out, can you react to it on the channel? This allows me to see what you personally think of the theory and allow me to see what I can do better in the future. Sort of a review, more than a react. Thanks, Dragongaming See Y'all Later!

So what if everyone knew of Joey and what he did and somehow everyone became characters of the show. (That doesn't make sense, does it?) So if everyone found out what Joey's intentions were and slowly became inky characters themselves it is possible that they took it upon themselves to blame Joey, as he was the "boss" and the first one to become reanimated. That Joey is a traitor because his doings made everyone inky and trapped in their "home." It was because his workers followed him in joining Joey's cult that they blame him for what they've become. I also feel that because Joey feels this is his responsibility, he must end the lives of who he "killed" (followed him to become what they are now) like how Bendy (Joey Drew) killed Norman, or the Projectionist by beheading him and Bendy looks back at Henry, and does not kill him as well. I probably got no where at this since a lot of people make so many theories of the game but this is mine that I just thought about literally thirty minutes before I posted this. Thank you though!

The thing is, when it comes to The Projectionist, did we stop a monster or save a friend?
Plot twist!
I think it's both
Alyssa Levenberg we killed a friend
Alyssa Levenberg saved a friend
I think it's both. We stopped a monster but we saved a former friend by ending his misery of being The Projectionist.
When chapter 4 comes out he says this in his calm voice “Damnit” honestly the thought makes me laugh
I feel like the foreshadowing in chapter three on one of Norman's audio logs (specifically the line "They don't even know when I'm watchin'. Even when I'm right behind 'em" ) Was PERFECT for the cut-scene in chapter four.

Idk why but the Projectionist going to level 14 because his most happiest is so wholesome.
I think a lot of people might be overthinking the individual characters too much. All the assorted characters only seem to have been assembled at the studio simply because they were former employees. Norman Polk is only unique in that his job was unique.

Any one else notice that the projectionists walking cycle matches perfectly with the background music at 3:34
I think you might have forgotten that ink monsters are put through an endless cycle of rebirth. If you kill someone, they're most likely coming back.
*PLEASE READ MIKE!* you know your theory about Henry being another Bendy? Well since the Bendy we see is covered in ink there’s an inky aura that follows him. At the end of chapter one since *you’re* covered in ink, and inky aura follows *you*
