Ghana just hosted the last games in Africa so they have no excuse and has enough practice. Unless they did it at home and African rules gave them home advantage as it’s the case in Ghana. Shame we could have seen what Ghanaian athletes can do in that race and they blew it. Good luck to them next time. If I am their coach they will go and practice it the moment they arrive in Ghana until they have done it 50 times as punishment so thru and the young ones coming behind them never repeats the same mistake again.
