OCD is the most killer thing ,cause it will affect the mind, i am with OCD it killes me all the day,first it starts from the doing things again,but worst it get worst,like if you see a seen in movie like some one is ugly you thing if you see one time you will be ugly like then if you see twice the seen you are ok ,like if any one in movie kills then you fear like they will you most worst part is you think like killing your loved one,you fear all the time about past present future..
If you want to get cure the best thing ,love god and talk to him always like friend and say your fear he will take care
i didnt know alec had ocd.. im currently reading a book about ocd and it sounds horrifying so i hope hes copping with it alr

Every human being has them also unworthiness is a thing. Jesus saved me from many of this type things i learned he love us and he actually has the power to heal change and make new what may seem broken. If we want him too. Just ask and be willing to change for the truth, for healing. For something good...
