Sustaining Farm to School Year-Round

In this webinar, the Farm to Institution New York State (FINYS) team at American Farmland Trust highlights a new FINYS guide, Sustaining Farm to School in the Winter, and how to plan for year-round menu options and all-season activities to keep students nourished and engaged with farm to school programming in winter, spring, summer, and fall. Special guests Tricia Miller (Farm to School Coordinator) and Kimberly Abram (Food & Nutrition Services Director) from the Hamburg Central School District will offer us tips and firsthand experiences on making farm to school a year-round affair in their cafeterias, school gardens, and classrooms.
