This is a pixel art display that can be customised to whatever pixel art you like on the screen. Many options are offered in our APP- DIY images, animations, scrolling text etc.

Looks like they put together 5 of those smart watches (sans the wristband), link them up with the lights and all, do some coding for the tube clock app and there you have it.
