He's very good indeed. The only thing it concerns me is that he doesn't warn about low kicks. Maybe you think is not a big deal, but it's actually to protect the competitors, and of course it's an illegal action. Apart from that, he's currently among the best of the world.
i've been following these since the world championships themselves, but i'm still not sure that i get the point system... are there only 4 points going at any given time? why can they sometimes go from 0-2 straight to 1-1? sorry for my absolute cluelessness 😅
Kali Herbert No the score you’re seeing means how many judges are in favour of that team, so if it shows 3 Red 1 Blue, that means 3 judges have red with more points than blue. The point system is 1 point for punches to the head or body, 2 points for kicks to the body, and 3 points for kicks to the head.
In addition, the overall score after each fight is how many judges they managed to win for each bout. Normally, all 5 bout's/rounds have to be fought, which is a change from the 'old' system, which was more of a best-of-5, were team's could win 3-0, not having to do the last two fights etc. In the old system, if after 2-2 it ended in a draw in fight 5, the two teams would select a fighter to do a 'ace match' to determine the winner
Tendrian que pagarles a los competidores cuando llegan a un punto de profesional ppor que un deporte tan hermozo es amateur ni da practicarlo ya a las personas que salvaria trabajar de esto
Ireland really dominated in every facet here
15:05 That was the slowest kick I've ever seen land on someone. What was going through both of their heads??
Ross is a different fighter. It was a bad mistake tbh but they are tired
He likely expected a low kick, and once you commit to a block, it’s really hard to correct yourself.
Nossa muito louco ! Gostei muito! Ainda mais pra mim que sou aixa vermelha de tkd itf ! Shou
The Center Referee is from Holland, one of our best, which is why he was picked for the center ring.
