Get yourself check from your local physician
Sir how to decide between complete and partial replacement? Like complete replacement is1.6mcg/kg...so for a 60kg man that'd be 96mcg/day. Now suppose he has a TSH value of 10, that partial replacement comes to be 50mcg...so how to decide this Sir?
That’s totally physician decision. If partial replacement is started then after 2 months dose might be uptitrated.

Sir when we give sample for TSH test, what is the recommendation for taking thyroxine medication on that day or before 1,2 days??
Hello sir a patient 43 yr old female in my opd having TSH - 330 what will be the next step?
Sir, please suggest. Patient was started on L-thyroxine at 25mcg and TSH values came under normal range. But on the other hand T4 values increased. Does this need any attention? Please suggest.
