This was very obviously performed on an airplane doing loops ✈️ to reduce gravity! Actually if you examine it closely, it’s an optical trick by the camera - the camera and the room are moving while Reggie remains stationary, he is using Christopher Nolan’s crew to pull this off
HA HA - "...and it would end my workout immediately." Quote of the Open right there buddy! This is an insane workout pace and a great breakdown of Reggie's all out attack on this workout. Thanks for sharing this Armen!
Armen we can all learn from your video: that elegant power snatch leg dip, dropping that DB mid set of 30, stepping outside rather than slobber on the floor.
Appreciated your suggestion to tape the thumps really high on this one. Even though I'm just a "one n' done" garage athlete, that was super helpful in protecting my hands.
Looks like the room was cold. Might be an advantage to train high capacity in mild temps. Regardless, his engine is amazing. Considering all the fitness Armen has witnessed, you know this was one to remember.
I always tell people the trick to a fast burpee is to keep legs as straight as possible and to not hinge on the way down; you need the arm strength to dampen the fall and the mobility to get up without bending your knees; and then ofcourse you need lots of lungs

I also play rugby and I swear it goes hand and hand with CrossFit. Always use CrossFit to prepare in the off season

His last set of burpees was not 53 seconds, check again. It was THIRTY-EIGHT SECONDS. Un-freaking-real.

I think I need more pre-workout.
Nice analysis dude!! Reg is a beast!!
He makes that dumbbell look like a child’s plaything... like me using a 20 lb dumbbell
Armen, are we getting a new episode of scale as needed soon?
Perfect video
Still waiting to see your 21.2

Check Alex Kotoulas 9:09
Unrelated, but the At Ease Crew from lululemon looks great on you 😊
Jennifer being kind and complimentary - you love to see it! 💜
I was exhausted watching this open workout.
It will be nice to watch and analyse your performance you are mortal like the rest of us
That was a good performance, but can someone tell me if the dumbbell has to touch the ground? I several reps in which it didn't.
Agreed - several DB reps did not hit floor
lol they say this lil man workout
Hi
Let’s go, rugby players represent
Wow! Reggie the rocket 🚀 speed on the last set of burpees..unbelievable 😳
Reggie Fasta amirite
Cody Anderson posted 7:58. Don’t know if he was being serious or not, but I get the feeling it was real
he already said it was a joke
Of course it’s not real. No one in the world could go that fast
He touches the box with his hand on his 3rd set of burpees. Judge should have called a no-rep.
