Jax knows he's stuck in a digital world, and instead of going insane trying to find a way out, he takes it as a opportunity to say or do anything he wants with no consequences. Pretty much acting like a more laid back Bugs Bunny.
And probably also helping others considering that he bring their attention to himself istead of them digging their mind and going crazy.
Also need to mention his sad face when he stopped running from Kaufmo and meet Kingler (=_=)
His face is sad and then he "Wear his mask back" and act like a*shole again to not bring attention.
And he also take them both with himself into hiding spot.

You comparing Jax to Bugs Bunny just makes me imagine that "Take one step on this rope and I'll cut it" clip but with Jax and Abstracted Kaufmo and I find that to be VERY funny.
Also seems that he's kind of in denial, every time someone mentioned the clown being abstracted he'd just be like "oh no he's fine." Or "no that's just (cannot spell his name.)"
To be honest I think the whole cast know they are in digital world

Kinger is tragic as heck. He's been here the longest of the human characters as of this episode, and lost his (at least in the Digital Circus world) wife Queeny to abstraction. So he's not all there and definitely is struggling to stay sane if he hasn't already gone past the point of no return. It seems like his mind has gone to where he can't retain new memories very often, or maybe at least willfully spaces out enough to not fully lose it. Like he's only sometimes aware.
Jax has taken the extremes of what anonymity online does where he stops giving a crap mostly and just does things because they are basically immortal besides the abstraction itself so why care?
Roobles is basically a sassy young adult that doesn't like bothering with much because this place is definitely not their aesthetic at all.
Gangle is only shown in her tragedy side here, but I assume her comedy mask will either come back or she'll abstract or something.
Raggatha is definitely one of the more well adjusted, or at least presents herself as such, being kind to others and trying her best to keep everyone together even downplaying her own dwindling sanity.
Caine, Bubble, and the other creations are just AI, though Caine is kind of trying to actively help the humans trapped here. He just actually has no social skills because he is AI and thus won't make the best calls for keeping them stable at all. The weird "Why didn't anyone tell me?" dumb face was because he literally has no concept of how to act around actual humans with human minds, even if he is trying. His lunacy, and the lunacy of everything in the Digital Circus, is hardwired in. I'm sure if the AI had more deep thought learning Caine wouldn't be so absolutely horrible at reading a room. Bubble is much the same except definitely more unhinged in honestly some foul ways.
The office rooms in the many repeated offices in the exit are labeled C&A, which is interesting because Caine exists, and the main thing in a religious text that uses Caine/Cain is Cain and Abel, two brothers, and sons of Adam and Eve, the Bible's first humans. Cain kills Abel though so whatever the heck is going on is probably heavy considering this is a horror comedy.
Though since Caine is apparently not an outright villain at the moment, perhaps this is a reversed version, or someone above Caine programmed this place and perhaps Caine will be revealed as an actual person later on. Also Caine's name is also a pun on Novacaine, a numbing chemical often used for dentistry, which is why he's just teeth.
I won't say caine has no social skills but rather he just simply doesn't understand humans and how their social norms work
And if cain didn't have social skills his dialogue would definitely be filled with lots of stuttering and accidentally saying words wrong
And trust me I'm autistic so I know a thing or two of what it's like to live with very little social skills although I admit I'm better off in that category then a lot of other autistic people and while my social skills aren't exactly top tier they are decent
FUN FACT: Jax, N from Murder Drones, Rocky Rickaby from Lackadaisy , and Angel Dust from Hazbin Hotel (Pilot episode only) are all voiced by the same person, Michael Kovach.

He's a king, a chess piece that sees three moves ahead. If you pay attention he sometimes speaks of things that have yet to occur and his reactions seem to be displaced in time.
If it hasn't been mentioned yet (I haven't finished the vid sorry), Jax is voiced by Michael Kovach and Zooble is voiced by Ashley Nichols. Both of them are known for their work on the Hazbin Hotel pilot, as Michael voiced Angel Dust (the tall, sexy, gay, spider mafioso... he has a way with tall, lanky characters doesn't he?) and Ashley was a cleanup animator. They also used to (?) host a podcast called Hunicast, many of the VODs of are here on UA-cam.
Also, they're bf/gf who met through their work on Hazbin, and Ashley is notoriously flustery. Go "Oh, Ashley..." in a seductive way in her presence, and she melts into panik.
I've learned many things about Vannamelon here:

So, I haven't seen anyone else point it out yet, but Caine is actually an AI native to the Digital Circus, who wants nothing more than to help these humans not go insane, & entertain some apparent audience while doing so. He's not keeping them *_hostage,_* but there really *_IS_* no way to leave.
As far as I'm aware, Bubble is also an AI companion of his. I'm not sure if she existed alongside Caine, or if he created her as a co-host of sorts. The mannequins are all NPCs created by him, like the Gloink Queen was. Though they seem to be like stage hands or some sort of stand-in for inhabitants, while the Gloink Queen was only for _this_ adventure.

She's also the most humanized of the bunch. Making her more relatable.
She uses a lot of body language. If you look in the hallway when she went back for Ragatha, her legs are off the screen and you can just see the tops of her legs and hips, and they are constantly changing posture, meaning her legs are cobstantly changing. So many cartoons limit body language to the hands, but her, it's her whole body, the way she bends her back, everything. She is very well animated, and it fits what she says and her voice perfect
Fun fact: Kinger voice actors is the same person who did the voice of Diluc from Genshin Impact, Thad from Murder Drones, and Mishima from Persona 5

The creator of the show, Goosworkz, confirmed that Caine is an AI in the Amazing Digital Circus game, and he is just trying to help thw trapped people inside (Pomni, Jax, etc.) not go insane and Abstract. But since he is an AI, he does not fully get human psychology so thats why the exit he is making is him trying to help, but fails because he doesn’t get the full picture. Also, if you noticed in the hallway scene where they find Pomni’s room, you can see crossed out characters that most likely Abstracted. One of them is a Queen chess peice matching Kinger!

It says A LOT about Caine that he's described by Gooseworx as " the supercomputer AM from 'I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream' if the computer wasn't a crazed sadist who embodied absolute hatred but instead a 'Wacky and zany lil guy' "...poor Pomni got the Sword Art Online/ .Hack treatment. Everyone else has been trapped there for years with Zooble being the second shortest in terms of staying there now that Pomni just popped in. Kinger has been there the longest. He's also the oldest at 48, Zooble and Jax are 22 with Zooble being a half year older, Pomni is 25, Gangle is 26, and Ragatha is 30. The animation gives me that 90's CGI vibe...I grew up watching ReBoot which had a lot of the same kinda look to it, same for early Playstaion CGI games like Pandemonium!

About that bit at the end, I'm not sure if it's meant to represent AI Art. Gooseworx said the series is "I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream" by way of an "I Spy" book. It's basically a surreal take on IHNMAIMS, with a bunch of troubled characters being stuck in a digital prison at the mercy of a crazy AI. The difference is that in IHNMAIMS, AM is a monster fueled by hate who despises all its prisoners and wants them to suffer, while Caine here isn't malicious, but he doesn't understand humans and thinks this is what they consider fun.

Vanna it’s kind of hard to diss your tastes in Smash or Passes when you actively encourage fanart of the characters you voice and sometimes even yourself in watermelon bikinis.
this show is basically about "pomni's" consciousness being transferred into the digital world that cain created and the clown character saw something he wasn't meant to see and cain was talking about the void spoiling something and the clown "possibly" saw what he didn't want spoiled

pomni is certainly the creature of all time. Anyways the creators did confirm a few things, first that all the characters are adults, (which will help quiet down a lot of annoying discourse in the future,) and second that Caine is in fact an AI responsable for the digital circus- Not a villian, he just wants to help everyone stuck there stay happy and healthy- but he doesn't exactly understand them very well.

Well well welly well, it appears I live under a rock. I just found virtual youtubers are a thing. I've seen the pilot at least 6 times by now, a bunch of reviews and let's watch. This one is the icing on the cake 🤣

So, from what I recall, ADC is inspired by a short story called “I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream”. In that story there’s only 6 humans left on earth and they’re being tortured and tormented by an AI named “AM”. It’s a really interesting story.
I’m still really impressed with how this pilot has turned out. Incredible animation, great humor and an incredibly good storyline that is quite literally one big theory tree with apples ripe for the picking. I am extremely excited to see how Glitch and Gooseworx will develop this series!
Wow, a reaction is one thing, but immediately following it up with a "Smash or Pass"? Feels a bit too soon for that, but then again, I don't normally do the whole "Smash or Pass" game. Caine does have a very attractive voice, though, same goes for Jax and Zooble... at least in my opinion. (the Moon not being on the tier list is criminal, though)
I appreciate your choice and I agree with what makes you feel happy.
