Here’s an interesting thought: the Rakata also had a technology that could trap people’s minds/souls in some sort of prison. What if the Rakata weren’t 100% truthful when they taught King Adas how to make a holocron?
On a related note, Freedon Nadd was able to attach himself not just to his remains, but to the people he taught after his death. For example, although he died on Onderon, he was able to accompany Exar Kun to Yavin IV. He was also able to speak to Satal and Aleema Keto on Empress Teta.
Thiis is interesting. And scary. Really. Adas holocron-really terrifying. It's not just holocron. He's inside. Adas is the first I think. May the Force be with you too😊
Anyone who played the original Knights of the Republic ( K.O.T.R. ) knows that the sith always had the ability to become force ghosts. You had to make it through the tombs of four of the original sith lords in order to graduate from the sith academy as part of the story line. Sith lords do not appear to modern sith as benevolent tutors like the Jedi do however. Sith spend a lifetime of selfish indulgence in pursuit of mastering power to submit the universe to themselves and this doesn't change when they die. They continue their journey alone obsessed with protecting what they acquired in the living world because it is all they desire to do. A lifetime of self centered power lust doesn't change when you die it is merely made your permanent state of existence for eternity.
I really liked this video! The only knowledge I had of Sith turning into a “Forst Ghost” was connecting themselves to an object like you said in the begging of your video. Reven (splitting up with light and dark side from SWTOR), Bane (season 7 of Clone Wars), Momin (Vader comics)
Thank you so much for these videos man, thank you for the time and effort. Truly. As soon as i get my job up going, this will be the first and only youtube channel id actually give money to. You work very hard and we can all tell. I know this is all ficition but these videos make this real life so much easier. It takes my mind away from how this world is slowly going down the toilet
I was utterly stunned with the name presented here, but i could see it for a lot of the reasons you stated. Ancient Sith magic plus the age and how much of the dark side was baked into the culture makes a lot of sense.
It's odd you didn't even mention Exar Kun. In legends he didn't manifest, but he managed to tie his spirit to a Statue on Yavin IV, and lingered for at least 1,000 years, and swayed at least 2 students at Luke's academy, at least temporarily, to the dark side.
My head canon. Jedi are rewarded to come back as force ghost if they know how to and are STRONGLY aligned to the light but Sith that manage to come back are force phantoms. Dark and cloudy specters of their former selves. Echoes of their previous presence in life. I feel this should be a lesser version of force ghost as lightning judgment is a lesser version of true Sith lightning
I believe that if the ego is strong enough in Star Wars, and you have enough connection to the force, especially a dark side user, it can fairly easily imbue itself to an object. That the king Aidas holocron was different wouldn't surprise me, he gained knowledge of a fully dark side empire, that had techniques and knowledge that was tailored made for those powers and purposes. Along with him being so powerful he amped that holocron up even more, making it a beacon of sorts for his spirit to linger, and remain.
I have a question do you think that Darth Plagueis and the other two sith scientists created something new with their experiments. or do you think their were doing Sith Alchemy but with the scientific method?
The last selfish desire before their end 😅 After that they will be useless or unhelpful to any living Sith A young Palpetine visited an ancient Sith temple on Korriban only to be mocked and almost killed!
Imo, it's no lost art at all, at least it's rediscovered multible times. I think it is nothing other than essence transfrer, but how a coward it would do, or a sith of the more scheming, heady type. They r risk averse n wouldn't risk the most important move to do in their lifetime, for a fifty fifty chance to overcome the soul of a well enough developed, strong enoug forceuser. Why should the ritual to release the spirit from it's body b so drasticly different, only from what host it atteches itself to. Their shouldn't b a difference exept the fact that a body needs to b conquered while objects can b taken over without danger and of course they limit how the spirit can interact with the surroundings where a highly tallented, long trained forceuser, could b used like young new itteration of that sith n can do what the knowledge offers n the level of capacity n skill to channel the force allow.
I like the old Idea of sith force ghost just being broken....They couldn't remember anything from their prior lives that didn't have to do with their hate or vengence... totally consumed even in death....
You mentioned no sith of the rule of 2 became force ghosts but I thought Anakin became a force ghost? And Maul as well? Tho it could be them doing so thru the light side
Are you sure force ghosts don't have power over the natural world? Didn't Yodas force ghost cause lightning to strike Luke's library in the new trilogy? Seems your assumption may be incorrect.
The title isn't really right here as it's more of a topic about sith spirits than sith who managed to become force ghosts. Sith spirits and force ghosts are fairly different. As far as sith who became force ghosts, there are very few that we know of and maybe in total that have existed. Darth Vectivus probably managed to do it. Darth Revan maybe too, though it is a bit unclear. And there's also Darth Marr who is probably the most clear cut case of managing to do it.
Avery, I’m a generic, trinitarian Christian. I’d love the chance to defend Islam on your stream. The difference is that I’d be honest with the material, and since I don’t know Arabic, I won’t appeal to it. It’s not out of love for Islam or anything like that, I just enjoy fighting unwinnable battles in strategy games. If ever there was an un winnable fight, it would be Islam vs Christianity.
This holocron will make a fine addition to my collection
Agreed

This is an awesome theory.
that's actually a really interesting theory, and makes sense too

Exar kun vitiate and papaltine reborn weren't just mere sith spirits but dark side nexus entities
I like to think Sith Spirit's are either attaching themselves to something or they're so full of hate they refuse to pass on.

Great video Stupendous love this sith information and can’t wait for more of it

King Adas, the force and my gut says so!!!

Disney star wars is LEGENDS
Yes, in need of that Tu Lacord video. Had no clue he was one of the 12 sith
It's odd you didn't even mention Exar Kun. In legends he didn't manifest, but he managed to tie his spirit to a Statue on Yavin IV, and lingered for at least 1,000 years, and swayed at least 2 students at Luke's academy, at least temporarily, to the dark side.
Because he's not even close to being first, he's almost Revan's contemporary. These timescales in Star Wars are massive
What an awesome video
Would love to see all this lore immortalized on the big screen!!!

Why am I seeing that thumbnail at night?😭

Exar kun also created abominations and force sensitive creatures exar kun infact was the greatest sith sorcerer to ever live
Would be interesting to see if they put the holocron inside a droid or a dead body would it take it over?
The dark side is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural
And that quote is 100% true
The Dark Side is a powerful drug...
At least the old EU writers did justice to the sith culture language race and world unlike Disney star wars
The last selfish desire before their end 😅
After that they will be useless or unhelpful to any living Sith
A young Palpetine visited an ancient Sith temple on Korriban only to be mocked and almost killed!
What about the spirits of the Night Sisters?
Why are NOT getting these live?! Seeing these battles would be countless seasons of badassery. It would be bottomless pockets of money for Disney.
Sith Holocrons are the superior holocrons
How did they even live that long though?
First like!👍
Awesome video!🤘
Keep up the awesome work!🤘😎🤘

SWTOR SITH INQUISITOR
Note to sith: Sith jewelery always gonna make you act like ....not you
Nice!
5:52 Enterprise-E, Star Trek: TNG reference?
I was kinda surprised by that one too. Good to see I’m not the only one who noticed.
Safe to say ajunta pall might just be the first sith to be a sith spirit
Question: When a sith performs essence transfer are they spirits during the transfer prosess?
Holy jedi vs Space Vampire
I have a what if what if the jedi kept teaching all the lightside I mean from the old Era to the new republic time line.

Andeddu and Tulak Horde were part of the jen’jidai?!?
What are the name of the comics that are shown in this video?
NNNNNNOOOOOOO

Who's helmet is Vader carrying at 1:06 - 1:12 ?
Momin
@Hello-bi1pm Thanks, i appreciate you
Hey!
If sith spirits require a tether then where did the ones who annointed Exar and Ullic come from?
Their amulet
@Hello-bi1pm A group of powerful sith lords were all in 1 amulet? I don't recall it being that powerful.
Made it early for once

But aren't Sith spirits tethered to an object or place?
That's what I thought too, but maybe not?🤔
Not all of them
