    Looking so fit!! 🔥 strength training and plenty of protein is key! That’s definitely where I see results too. I did legs yesterday and every time I sit down it hurts 😂

    Yesss, The ratio Greek yogurt is the best yogurt out there in my opinion. I add blueberries as well.. or some organic peanut butter- dark chocolate granola 😋 so so good

    Try rolling your hair when it’s almost dry but not bone dry, you want it the slightest bit damp
