@@ShareefBalak101Taka - According to the experts, best thing to do is removing it to prevent future problems, in my case it was quite large so it took longer / was complicated for the surgeon to get it done. I got surgery scar on my right side from ear to neck that makes me look like a war veteran, that’s me because is was a large lump, others don’t get much problems. Hope that helps.
