I need help. I just bought my Xreal One glasses but when I try to connect them to my phone it says no video input I looked it up and aparently my phone needs a DP Alt mode. which was never said anywhere before I bought them, and now I dont know what to do, I heard I can get an adapter but I have No idea which one to get that will work Do you have a link or anything to a working adapter.. I really dont want to have to return these glasses
I think it possibly might allow to increase past 147 inches comfortably for right now I stick to 147 inches at 4 m distance because that’s about as wide as the FOV will let you get.
I did myself, sadly I don’t think the usbc at the front of my $5,000 desktop apparently allows for visual out?? Lmaooo imagine paying $5k for a pc that doesn’t allow visual out like a steam deck does 😭😭
It depends on if your USB-C port on your computer has a picture out in the drive. For example, my desktop PC USB-C in the front doesn’t seem to allow picture out, but my handheld PC does just fine.
i just hope they ramped up the production of the pro model enough so that the waiting line wont take too long, and i desperately hope the wait will be worth it (don't own any like these, only a real vr headset that isn't really compareable with those)
Me too man. I hope they send me over the pros to compare both. So far, all I know is there’s a 7° FOV difference and 100 nits more brightness… doesn’t sound like worth $100 more but I’ll let you guys know if you stick around for my future videos
@BeyondtheBox1 they also come in 2 different ipd versions to better cover the natural ipd spectrum people fall in (spacing between the eyes) sadly im basically almost in the middle where they drew the split between low and high ipd (66mm is where the one ends and the other one starts and im at about 64 so i will heavily have to use the ipd adjust and lower the screen size to compensate for it) sadly i won't be able to take advantage of your review as i did have preordered to get them as soon as possible for normal consumers, anyway did you have a chance on checkinh out any of their accessories they do offer for the glasses ? (>45W charger passthrough adapter for type c devices to play and charge at the same time, or their hdmi to type-c adapter ( you can't use common adapters as they mostly only go from type c to hdmi as to do the other way arround you'd have to source power from somewhere else than the hdmi port as it is (as far as i know, but i aint sure) not supposed to power devices and therefore does not have power connectors capable of dooing so, i have searched all over amazon and could mostly only find 3 with one beeing unuseable due to not carry power (but i had to sift through pages of false results as the search mostly does not care about what order you put the words ) ) could you check any of these out in the mean time ? =content for you + info about a small scale toppic no one really makes videos about for us, definetly a win win situation i'd say (and as a bonus, we would not have to risk our glasses trying it out)
@ the only difference is the virtue one has a neckband that you can purchase that allows you to download apps to it. Also it has dials on it to adjust the picture for you to be able adjust to your eyes like you would tune a scope.
This is the second time I try and no success for me. It got better with new functions, but visible area not big enough to see the entire screen, seeing reflections still bad, lens is horrible on mine, not smooth and has ghosting. It is impossible to use it for work if you are mostly working on text based tools. But reviews describes it as a uper duber mega multi awesome invention, nothing wrong with it.
make sure you subscribe! i've been struggling to hit 20k for like 4 years now!! lol
I subscribe just because i see that you respond to each message people send you.
Appreciate the effort!
Awww thanks man yess I want to build a big strong community. Replying to comments is my favorite part of making content
The idea of having a private movie theater on the go is so appealing. I can see using these during flights or long commutes.
Yeah it’s so cool and makes dentist trips sooo much better
It’s so cool how this technology has come so far! I remember those episodes of Phil of the Future too. It’s crazy that it’s finally here!
NO WAY! Dude that was the only part of Phil of the future that ever stuck with me 😹😹😹
I love that you can block out the outside world with these. It’s so useful for blocking distractions, especially on public transport.
Yeah these are perfect for trains and planes for sure. I still want to try them in the back of an uber tho lol
I was hoping for something like this for a while. Can’t wait to see how they hold up in real-world use.
They’re a game changer. Definitely won’t ever go anywhere without them again lol
The fact that you can adjust the screen size is awesome! I’d love to make the screen bigger for an even more immersive experience.
I like to keep mine at a 4.0 meter distance and 147” and that’s the biggest the 50° will show at once
The customization options with the nose studs are a nice touch. It’s important for something like this to fit properly.
Yeah I tried the mediums first but I opted to switch to the larger option. Pretty happy with it.
Are these comfortable enough to wear with glasses? I usually have issues with sunglasses pressing on my frames.
You can get custom inserts made for your prescription I believe

can i set the distance of the projected image at about an arm reach away? That's how i like to use my monitors
Yeah basically! You can set it up from 1m away to like at least 8m away! Lol
Hey do you think the extra fov with the pros will be meaningful?
I think it possibly might allow to increase past 147 inches comfortably for right now I stick to 147 inches at 4 m distance because that’s about as wide as the FOV will let you get.
I love the idea of a screen that stays locked in place! That would be so much more stable for watching shows on the go.
I think the follow mode is better tbh
I just ordered mine, can’t wait to try them out! Do you think they’re good for gaming, or more for watching content?
Both honestly I really love doing everything you can on these
Did you guys test if it works with a desktop PC?
I did myself, sadly I don’t think the usbc at the front of my $5,000 desktop apparently allows for visual out?? Lmaooo imagine paying $5k for a pc that doesn’t allow visual out like a steam deck does 😭😭
What’s the sound quality like? I feel like with such a cool display, the sound has to be great too!
Well like I said in the video, they’re kinda quiet unless you’re cupping your hands around your ears
Can you plug it to a PC and use it as two fixed monitors one next to each other? To be able to use them for work not just for play!💡
It depends on if your USB-C port on your computer has a picture out in the drive. For example, my desktop PC USB-C in the front doesn’t seem to allow picture out, but my handheld PC does just fine.
It’s crazy that you can use them for gaming too! I’m wondering if they would work well with something like a Switch or Steam deck.
Well I use them in my rog ally x and it’s basically the same experience I’d imagine. Pretty wonderful to use on my handheld for sure.
These glasses seem like they would be great for long flights. I’d love to take them on my next vacation.
Yesss I took them on a 5 hour flight for Christmas and they were AMAZING
I’ve been wanting a pair of AR glasses like this for ages! Do you think they’re worth the price?
$500 is a little high but if you can afford it then for sure

How do they perform in bright sunlight? I wonder if the display is still visible outdoors.
It’s not bad! But I haven’t checked in direct sunlight very decent during the daytime regardless.
2nd Comment woah xreal one ar glasses mind-blowing 🤯
Literally. I am so happy I have mine hehe
Hope you watch the whole thing to help watch time 🙏🏼
@BeyondtheBox1 I watched the whole Video.
@BeyondtheBox1 I just got into VR with the PSVR2 got it when on a holiday sell and played Football in it was Mind-Blowing 🤯
@@JayTheInfinite you should try that with a pc and let m know how it is!

Thank you brother 🙏🏼
Do an infinite loop where you have your camera out on your phone and look into the glasses
I definitely have done that and it’s really cool actually to be able to see your cameras perspective
i have the virtue one and they are amazing enough for me
What are the main differences between the two pairs?
@ the only difference is the virtue one has a neckband that you can purchase that allows you to download apps to it. Also it has dials on it to adjust the picture for you to be able adjust to your eyes like you would tune a scope.
@ I don’t see what the point of the neckband is, I’d rather it just be on my phone you know?
Do you think these would work well for watching movies in the dark? I’m wondering how the brightness holds up in low-light environments
They’re best in dark rooms but great in the light as well tbh
I just bought them, and they will go straight back. They are ok but far from perfect. They are not anything like he describes.
Why are you upset? These are literally my favorite product of 2025?
@@BeyondtheBox1 it's still only January 🤣😂

The fact that they’re so discreet is great. I’d love to watch movies without other people knowing.
Yess they barely look weird lol
I’m really impressed with the 120 Hz refresh rate. That’s usually something I only get with gaming monitors.
Yeah it’s super cool for consoles or handheld PCs
The 120 Hz refresh rate on these is a huge selling point for me. Do you notice any lag when gaming on these?
Don’t think so! I’m a big competitive cod player and I make sure to test this stuff out for sure
