Hey hey Miss T! So in the US we do put a pinch of salt in our sweet Oatmeal.Most bakers put a pinch of salt in all things sweet as well because it brings out the sweet flavor more. Have you tried adding toasted shaved coconut, brown sugar and a small pat of butter? You will love it! Reply if you have tried it?

Hey Trudy! Firstly, use a wooden spoon to cook your oat. Secondly, it healthier to eat cooked oat than raw.
Finally, oat after cooked can be mixed with fruits esp. Berries, Bananas, dried or soaked raisins etc.

I’m African American born and raised in the south. I use oat milk, plant based butter(with the salt in it) and brown sugar in my oats. So creamy and good! You should try it, you all will love it! Safe travels!❤️✨

Hey Gertrude! With my oatmeal, i mix it with water, and I stir and it holds up and I start adding up milk boil together for about 10 minutes on low heat . Sprinkle honey and chopped strawberries 🍓 and serve with Nescafé tea ☕️.

I love overnight oats, you put it in a mason jar and layer it with, plant-base Mike, almond milk or any milk you like! I put strawberries, bananas, cocoa nibs, agave syrup, shredded coconut, cinnamon on top!

oat it’s super healthy. I make granolas with it in summer. In winter , I cook it and eat it with milk. Last time I made cookies with it 😅 not because I love it so much but because I know it’s healthy. And yes I do add salt to my oat too even though I’m not from Ghana lol maybe it’s a west African things 😆

You do not need to put salt in oatmeal! It tastes good without it! I eat oatmeal with fine brown sugar & cinnamon & milk. I also put a little butter or margarine in it 😋 for taste. Of course you can garnish oatmeal with any fruit of your choice: raisins, berries, pineapple....Enjoy! We ladies are always late because we have to fix our hair, make-up...Knowing this helps us to eliminate these fixer -uppers when TIME IS CRUCIAL! My prayers are out to you!
