This video was very beneficial for us from the west who want to go study in Madinah, and I dont think anyone has ever made such a video solely for comparing the two differents systems, so again, may Allah reward you immensely and may He grant you success in your affairs.

The rigour in طلب العلم is just aeons ahead of what you find in academia. I wonder if it's an intrinsic defect or it's intentional because why would you impart knowledge of a field, for example, without any recourse to some of the المبادئ العشرة. So one doesn't know where he's coming from, where one is or where he's headed.
Do you know any resources for knowing the Mabaadi Al Asharah for the science of Hadith?

Best way to seek Ilm is the traditional way in the masjid under a sheikh.
Sheikh does mean when you're done with degree in Saudi you apply with that certificate to persue a masters course in western academia like the Law for instance.

You mentioned the definition of Taharah from Zad al Mustaqni. Do you guys study it in Uni of Madinah? Or only as a side thing with the Ulema (e.g. in Masjid Nabawi)
I went to the University of Qasseem and we studied the explanation الروض المربع and we also completed Zaad in the masjid Al Hamdulilah.
