The way that Sonic is backseat-gaming during Amy's turn is so terrible. When he makes a mistake, she is encouraging, and when he finally figures it out, he gets to go, "See? That was easy!" while Amy sits there silent. Once the roles are reversed, he can't shut up about Amy's mistakes, is audibly annoyed with her playing style, and is just all around awful. Maybe they built that part into the game so that by the time you unlock two player you know EXACTLY the type of person you're playing with. Sonic and Amy are probably romantically involved off screen, because no one would talk to a co-worker like that. Only a guy who is taking his partner for granted, and has so little emotional intelligence that he not only cannot share happily, but extends almost zero grace to others when his patience is running low. Sonic, next time you can use words like, "Amy, this is making me so frustrated!" or other similar "I" statements like, "I need to take a break while we do this next part, my emotions are starting to get the better of me. You've got this!" Then step away and come back once you are calm. Amy, you deserve better. Next time please call him out on his ridiculously childish behavior. There are young girls watching that you owe a good example to. Their significant others SHOULD NOT be talking to them like this. You can say things like, "Sonic, I feel like the tension is being taken out on me right now." Or, "Please don't speak to me like that." Or, "If you continue to act "surprised" when I show competency, I will no longer be playing with you today." Both of you, please, do better.
