Génial, génialissime!!! Toujours d'actualité.....alors ils ne sont pas seulement cyniques, ils sont prophétiques..... des souvenirs de mon enfance dont j'ai réalisé l'importance seulement en arrivant à l'Université Laval..... "Un coup de matraque ça frappe en tabarnac 🎶" 💖

L'humour politique devrait revenir il est toujours fort aux États-Unis pourquoi pas ici.

None of this is unique to French-Canadians neither were they without precedents before the 1960s. Many examples abound in the English speaking world. Lenny Bruce, an American Jew, got into loads of trouble for saying nasty things about priests before he died in 1966. Furthermore, the control exerted by the Catholic Church in Quebec applied only to Catholics. Jews and Protestants were free to ignore them and even the English Catholics as well to an extent.
