Someone else telling you will last for so long or change the moment a loser comes around. But you see it in women often, dropping weight, finding inner strength and a calming peace after cutting toxins from their life. It’s a beautiful thing when women realize their worth through their own eyes.

A toxic relationship is the plague if you don’t get out or get treatment it can kill you in so many ways. I’m glad that she was strong enough to break free because a lot of women don’t. 2:04 Future tells everyone exactly who he is when he says, "I'm not comfortable compromising and about just being the person I am". I've never been married but those in my life with happy long lasting marriages claim being able to compromise is just one of many keys to make it work. My ex compromised to guilt trip me later or to play a "victim" later on. I compromised for the better of our relationship. I also want to point out the "change who I am" part isn't necessarily bad. The wrong relationship will change you into someone you don't know. The right relationship will change you into a better version of your self not take a way from the beauty of you. If you are happy with you and don't plan to change whatsoever stay single and true to you. Being in a relationship isn't a life requirement. Everyone has a right to be who they want to be regardless of how much we compromise, love, or beg. It's 2022 we need to stop falling for people who prove how they feel about us but choose to listen to how we want them to feel about us. This goes for everyone not just women.

I find Ciara to be inspirational. To walk away from the father of your child shortly after giving birth any mother understands, is a mountain you have moved; and I know that she must have been experiencing tremendous distress to have made such a drastic decision when her child was less than 2 months old. Thank God that she had the covering of her her father and family.
Just the fact that her son was less than 2 months old when she moved on.... that's pain, that's determination to survive the clutches of somebody who wants to control and use your child as your shackles. I love her grace, because we as mothers of children with fathers who were incapable of loving us, have to stay focused on the best interest of the child; and like Ciara said, children grow and they will read and they will see things on television and hear things and it's not her desire that her child would hear anything negative from her own lips about his father but that he will come to know who he is through his own experience.
