@@teoyan377 Eating more fruits and vegetables and moving my body. I balanced out my masculine by moving my body more, and taking action more, buy me doing this, it has almost eliminated my anxiety completely. I eat lots of cruciferous vegetables in my luteal phase because they help detox excess estrogen and this has helped me cure my estrogen dominance. My goal now is to ovulate again and both things Siobhan suggested I have been doing. I just bought some Vitex, and I’ve been eating lots of yams as well. The yam will help the sacral chakra, which is the chakra I know is under active. Eat well and move the body. That’s what I’ve done and I feel great. I have also been able to understand my intuition better because I’m balancing this chakra and in turn is also balancing my emotions. Because if you think about it, all hormones are connected to feelings, and if you balance out your emotions, you balance your hormones. I hope this helps.
So I was listening to this while doing some painting in the garden I specifically chose number 1 and 2 but then listened to 3 as well. I’ve had a day full of synchronicities. I’ve been balancing male and female energies for a while but there was a synchronicity in that reading for me too! My son is a trans man and he came out at 16 and is now 25 I was meant to meet with him today to go out walking in nature but we both ended up having a little too much things to do so I was probably very much still conscious of his energy. He is still young at 25 but he looks REALLY young. Oh and he has autism. Very mild as he diagnosed himself.
